This class will provide youth planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly care for children and infants. This training will help participants to develop leadership skills, learn how to develop a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe, help children behave and learn about child care and basic first aid. The recommended age for this course is 11 – 15 years old.
Learn your vascular age and stroke risk. Your arteries can show your risk and this non-invasive ultrasound screening shows early artery thickening, plaque and abnormal blood flow in arteries prone to plaque. This screening is for anyone age 40 or over, younger if you have a family history of heart disease, have abnormal cholesterol, or diabetes.
