Moms, dads, sisters, girlfriends, co-workers, aunts and grandmothers…They’re your support system – those you laugh with when times are great and the first ones you call when you need advice. These people are Everyday Super Heroes and we are celebrating them in 2008!
In addition to teaching women how to recognize the qualities of super heroes in others and grow these super hero relationships, Speaking of Women’s Health will encourage and motivate women to develop super hero characteristics within themselves.
We will be reminding women that from their best friends since grade school, to young people who rely on them, to their co-workers who look up to them, they are Everyday Super Heroes to many.
Speaking of Women's Health is a nationally recognized conference designed to educate women to make informed decisions about their health, well being and personal safety. The conference includes a full day of informative speakers, breakout sessions, health screenings, a continental breakfast, a formal luncheon and a generous gift bag. This format provides a unique approach to addressing women's health.

Our Speaking of Women's Health conference offers women the opportunity to learn how to be advocates for their own personal health. Throughout the day, national and local experts address a variety of women's issues, delivering valuable information on the multiple aspects of women's lives.

More information regarding the 2008 conference will be coming soon, so check back often. For now, if you are interested in Volunteering or becoming a Sponsor, please visit those pages by clicking their heading on the left.
We recommend that you enter the Dayton Convention Center from the Transportation Center parking garage located on the corner of Fifth and Jefferson Streets (which is where we recommend that you park). Use the parking garage’s elevators and exit on level 1 to the skywalk. This skywalk will bring you to the 3rd Floor of the Dayton Convention Center facility. Parking is not pre-paid, please expect to pay $6.00 for the day.

During the conference we ask that you either turn-off or place cell phones or pagers in a silent/vibrate mode to be considerate of all attendees.
If you have not already done so, please arrange for the care of your child(ren) with a relative or caregiver for the day. This will allow you and all Speaking of Women’s Health attendees to enjoy a full day of enlightenment, fun, education and pampering.
